Chapter 9 Summary: Digital vs. RF/Microwave vs. Analog There is a popular belief that RF/microwave (or analog circuits) and digital circuits are very different, and different rules are required to successfully manage them. Chapter 9 details how these circuits are different in some ways, but the same in many more aspects. The only difference between these signal types is in magnitude of the voltage waveform and tolerance to distortion and noise.
